A pair of shootings early Monday morning left a man dead and three other people wounded, including a teenager.

Hours later, just after 1:45 p.m. Monday, someone shot a man several times throughout his body on the 100 block of Roselyn Street in Olney, investigators said. The victim, who police described as between 30 and 40 years old, died a short time later at Einstein Medical Center.

Authorities said a 35-year-old man died after he was shot at least once in the head just before 3 a.m. Monday on the 1000 block of W. Lycoming Street, near Little Flower High School, in Hunting Park. Police have not released his name.

Earlier, at around 12:45 a.m. Monday, gunfire erupted on the 1300 block of N. 10th Street, near the Philadelphia Housing Authority’s Harrison Plaza development in North Philadelphia, according to investigators.

A 17-year-old girl was shot in the chest, and officers took her to Temple University Hospital in critical condition, police said.

Authorities said a 31-year-old man suffered three gunshot wounds to his buttocks, and a 23-year-old man was grazed in his leg. Both were hospitalized with nonlife-threatening injuries.

No one was arrested in the immediate aftermath of any of the shootings.

Two men were also injured in stabbings early Monday.

A 20-year-old man showed up to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in University City at around 5 a.m. with a stab wound to his stomach, police said. He was listed in critical condition and required surgery before being able to speak with officers, according to investigators. Police were not sure Monday where the stabbing occurred.

In South Philadelphia, someone stabbed a 21-year-old man twice in his right leg just before 12:15 a.m. at 5th and McClellan streets, authorities said. His injuries are not considered life-threatening.
