1 killed, 4 injured in Feltonville shooting

A man was killed and four others were wounded in a shooting early Sunday morning in Feltonville, authorities said.

Police said officers responded just before 5:30 a.m. to the scene, near D Street and Wyoming Avenue.

A 23-year-old man was shot multiple times, and he died a short time later at Temple University Hospital, according to investigators. The PPD has not publicly identified him.

The other victims – men ages 28, 35, 40 and 45 – were hospitalized in stable condition in the aftermath of the shooting, authorities said.

There was no word on a possible motive for the incident, and the PPD did not report any arrests.
