$10K reward for suspect in officer’s shooting

PHILADELPHIA. A $10,000 reward is now being offered for information leading to the arrest of 27-year-old Anel Cuenas, who allegedly fired the bullet Thursday night that struck Officer Kevin Livewell, 30, in Kensington.

Police did take another man into custody after the shooting, which occurred after Livewell pulled over what turned out to be an arsenal-toting van on North Water Street, but Cuenas and another suspect are still on the loose.

Cuenas is described as five feet, four inches and 180 pounds.
