Three teenage boys were injured in a shooting Monday afternoon in West Philadelphia.

Authorities said the gunfire occurred just after 4 p.m. on the 1500 block of N. Frazier Street, in the Carroll Park neighborhood.

A 16-year-old boy was in extremely critical condition at Lankenau Medical Center after being shot five times, according to police.

In addition, a 13-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy each sustained gunshot wounds to their abdomens, investigators said. Both were listed in stable condition.

Police said a weapon was recovered at the scene, but no arrests were reported.
