At least three people, including a 15-year-old boy, were injured in violence Saturday and Sunday in Philadelphia.
Early Sunday, at around 3:30 a.m., someone shot a 23-year-old man in his right shoulder on the 200 block of W. Lehigh Avenue in Fairhill, police said. He was taken to Episcopal Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
In West Philadelphia, a 15-year-old boy was shot twice in his right ankle at around 3:15 a.m. Sunday in the Parkside neighborhood, according to authorities.
Officers transported him to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, and police said his injuries are not considered life-threatening.
Police were called just before 3 a.m. Saturday to a house on Rockland Street, just west of Germantown Avenue, in Germantown, where they found a woman in her 30s with a stab wound to her neck, authorities said.
She was taken to Einstein Medical Center in critical condition. Investigators said two knives were found at the scene.
No arrests were made in the immediate aftermath of any of the incidents, according to police.
