The Philadelphia Parking Authority is looking for new leads in a murder that took the life of one of their employees last December, 6ABCreported. The employee, 34-year-old Mark Marshall, was shot and killed while out walking his dogs in South West Philadelphia.
The case remains unsolved and without any leads, save for a police sketch of a suspect.
In order to draw out any information from the public, the PPA is offering a reward of $32,500.
“There is no price someone can put on a life,” PPA Executive Director Vince Fenerty explained. “Mark Marshall lost his at the hands of some criminal, some actual individual who had no regard for his life, for his family.
