Thomas is Titanic

Thomas Choinacky the man behind the SoLow Festival of solo and theatrical performance art shows presents a new, self-penned tale. The new tale “explores the secrets I kept from my family, which included my “Titanic” and Kate Winslet obsessions and diving into imaginary worlds while ignoring the queerdo that I really was.” This show is part of Simpatico Theatre Projectx’s 4Solo event.

Philly Vegan Restaurant Week

Surprisingly, this is our city’s first dedicated restaurant week to all things vegan, veggie and plant-based.  Fifteen restaurants offer three-course, vegan meals with a portion of its proceeds donated to the local nonprofit Peace Advocacy Network.

Childish Gambino

While Donald Glover conquers the Emmys with “Atlanta” on FX,  the film world with his take on Lando Calrissian for “Solo: A Star Wars Story,”  his sonic alter ego, Childish Gambino is ruling the airwaves. From hits like  “This is America,”  this show is an event you will not want to miss.
