Comedian, writer and actress Whitney Cummings is coming to the City of Brotherly Love to perform her hit stand-up during three shows at Punch Line Philly beginning on Jan. 31. Cummings is best known for creating and starring in the NBC series Whitney, co-writing the CBS comedy series 2 Broke Girls and for writing I’m Fine and Other Lies.

Chinese New Year Orchestra
The Philadelphia Orchestra and the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra are teaming up to present a free concert in celebration of the Year of the Pig. Assistant Conductor Kensho Watanabe will share the podium with the SPO’s Resident Conductor Liang Zhang to make the exhilarating night truly special with their rendition of Peng-Peng Gong’s Symphony No. 10.
