76ers overcome big deficit, top Kings

The Sixers beat Sacramento Sunday night for their first win on the road since Jan. 1.

The Philadelphia 76ers rallied from a 13-point first-half deficit to win their first road game in 16 tries, defeating the Sacramento Kings, 117-103, Sunday night.

Dorell Wright lead the Sixers (27-42) with 22 points. The reserve guard hit six three-point shots.

Center Spencer Hawes, a former King, dropped in 14 points and pulled down 10 rebounds.

Isaiah Thomas scored a game-high 25 points for the Kings.

The 76ers last won on the road on New Year’s Day, when they topped the Lakers. The 15-game road losing skid was the team’s longest since the 1987-88 season.
