91-year-old Man Hospitalized in Hit and Run Near Citizens Bank Park

Police are investigating a hit-and-run that hospitalized a 91-year-old man near Citizens Bank Park last night.

The man was leaving the Phillies game shortly before 9:30 p.m. when he was hit by a gray Nissan pickup truck with Delaware tags at 8th Street and Pattison Avenue.

The vehicle sped away, fleeing westbound on Pattison.

The victim is in stable condition at Jefferson University Hospital with lacerations to the head.

Investigators continue to search for the truck.
