Armed teens beat 11-year-old at Philly park: Police

Philadelphia police are seekinginformation in a brutal attackon an 11-year-old boy that took place last month in Olney.

On July 12, the victim was playing basketballin Olney Playground at A and Champlost streets in the North Philadelphia neighborhood when four suspects, believed to be between 14 and 15 years old, all wearing red and white clothing, began chasing the suspect, police said.

The boy ran, but the group caught up to him in a nearby alleyway. They pulled out a handgun, and forced the victim to remove his clothing. They punched the victim in his stomach and face, and then fled the area.

Philly police released a video of one of the suspects, and are asking the public to submit any information relating to the suspect or his accomplices.
