Philadelphia police have announced an arrest in aJune 22 shooting that left seven people wounded when a gunman opened fire with a shotgun. Dennis Tindal, 36, faces seven counts of aggravated assault and related offenses for his alleged role in the shooting.
Police say that on Tindal got into an argument with three people on the 700 block of East Hilton Street.
That argument turned physical, and Tindal left, promising he’d be back.
He kept that promise, approaching the group with another man that police say Tindal had given a shotgun to.
The gunman pulled the trigger, wounding seven people, including a three-year-old girl and two 10-year-olds.
There is a $10,000 reward leading to the arrest, capture and conviction of the gunman.
