Police announced Tuesday that they arrested a suspect in connection with the murder of a mother of three inside her own home last week.
Gerrell Hall, 28, is charged with the murder of hislong-term girlfriend Brittany Lange Green, 28, who died after being stabbed repeatedlyin the throat on June 17 inside her home.
Green was found inside her residence on the 4900 block after officers responded to a call for a person screaming at 7:15 a.m.
KYWreported that Hall, who had been jailed for assaulting Green previously and was recently released, took their three children, aged 10, 8 and 6, to his mother’s houseafter stabbing Green before fleeing– and that his mother called 911.
Hall was arrested Monday, police said. He is currently in custody.
