Car Seat Safety Demonstration at South Philly Target Tomorrow

The third police district is partnering with Target in South Philadelphia to promote car seat safety.

Technicians from PennDOT will be available to teach customers how to properly install car seats tomorrow at the 1 Mifflin Street Target from noon to 4 p.m.

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, as many as 85 percent of car seats are improperly installed.
