A Cherry Hill man was gored by a bull during Pamplona, Spain’s annual running of the bills, according to a report from the Associated Press.
Aryeh Deutsch, 38, told the outlet he tripped and fell into a crowd of runners sprinting ahead of one of the six bills who had broken away from the pack shortly before entering the bullring. He then found himself underneath the beast staring up at its belly.
Deutsch, an engineer, reportedly said the animal gored him in the right calf as he tried to roll out of the way. He was taken to a stretcher and treated at a local hospital.
Two other people, both from Britain, were also gored in the leg by the same rogue bull. No one was seriously injured in the three-minute run.
