Two days after teaming with FOP Lodge 5 to offer a $10,000 reward leading to the arrest of a man who allegedly shot a Philadelphia police officer during a foot chase last week, the U.S. Marshal Service offered more information yesterday about suspect Nasuil “Naz” Martinez.

The 5-foot-8, 140-pound 20-year-old man is known to frequent the 2800 block of Lee Street, Fourth and Indiana streets, and A and Somerset. In addition to a tattoo of “Chely” on his neck, he has a “a demonic figure with large wings on the front of his neck.”

Tips should be called in to the U.S. Marshal 24-Hour Tipline at 866-865-TIPS (8477).
