The Ranstead Room Pina Colada

What’s in it

2 oz. DonQ Gold Rum

2 oz. Pineapple juice

.75 oz Coco Lopez

How to make it

Combine the ingredients and shake with ice. Strain contents over a single custom-made ice rock into an old-fashioned glass. Squeeze a quarter lime wedge on top of the cocktail. Garnish with a piece of lime and candied pineapple.
