A cook at a Queen Village restaurant stabbed a co-worker Saturday night after a heated exchange, police said.
The Snockey’s Oyster & Crab House cook, 49, stabbed another cook, 41, in the chest around 5 p.m. inside the kitchen of the restaurant, located on the 1000 block of 2nd Street, according to police.
The victim was taken into surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, but his condition is unknown as of press time.
The 49-year-old cook was arrested, but charges have not yet been filed.
A weapon was recovered.
