WEST PHILADELPHIA – A Philadelphia police officer testified yesterday that he was punched and bitten by Askia Sabur during a violent September arrest that was captured on video and posted on YouTube.

The video shows officers hitting Sabur with batons, which caused a gash on the back of his head, but Officer Donyul Williams said the video was incomplete. Another officer involved the case will testify on Dec. 1.
