Couple hid kids from world

YORK COUNTY – A couple charged with hiding their five children from society for years in a rundown home with no utilities will be arraigned on Friday.

Sinhue Johnson, 45, and Louann Bowers, 33, were charged with five counts of child endangerment in September after authorities discovered the children based on a tip from a child welfare agency.
