Every holiday season in Philly, you can count on Craftsman Row Saloon to throw a holiday pop-up, and 2022 certainly does not disappoint.

The Jeweler’s Row staple seems to turn it out for every holiday, and for the Christmas season, it’s reminiscent of a cozy home-style dinner paired with an enjoyable overload of seasonal atmosphere. Plus, there are over-the-top specialty milkshakes to tie up the experience in a sweet bow.

Owners and operators/brother-sister duo George and Vasiliki Tsiouris have decked out the space with over 50,000 ornaments, thousands of lights, over 5,000 feet of garland, plus 100 wreaths, 50 nutcrackers, and hundreds of deer and Santa dolls. The updated menu also features a special food and dessert menu running from the 25th until January, which includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic specialty cocktails.

“We believe in the magical time of Christmas being a time to share experiences with family and friends and doing something for someone, this is an opening of our hearts with Philadelphia and we have so much fun putting it together,” explained Vasiliki Tsiouris in a statement.

Highlighted treats from the food side of the offerings include loaded sweet potato fries (with marshmallows and a maple glaze for $10), a holiday meatloaf (with gravy, fries and a pomegranate garnish, $17),  a pigs in a blanket wreath ($15), a turkey dinner (with many sides and fixings, $19) and more.

For those who love Thanksgiving, there’s also The Gobbler, which is comprised of 2 turkey patties, stuffing, cranberry, yams, and gravy. This particular special will run until Thanksgiving for $17. For Christmas, there’s also a burger, but this one boasts 2 smashed patties, stuffing, cranberry sauce, sweet potato fries and American cheese on a Martin’s potato roll for $17.

All of the above will be available on the full larger menu of comfort food staples with all of Craftsman Row Saloon’s other dishes, including the Dorito-coated mozzarella sticks, award-winning burgers, and fiery buffalo mac-n-cheese, a release states.

For the famous brand’s holiday milkshake options, there’s also the “Pumpkin’ to Talk About” made up of pumpkin ice cream, a festive pretzel stick, slice of pumpkin pie and holiday sprinkles for $17, and the “All I Want for Christmas” featuring vanilla ice cream, egg nog, crushed gingerbread cookies, a holiday decorated cookie, lollipop, plus green and red sour strips for $17.

And for the more spirited options at Craftsman Row Saloon, holiday cocktails will include St. Nick’s Milk and Cookies (vanilla vodka, chocolate, baileys, cream and a chocolate chip cookie garnish, $14), Candy Cane Martini (peppermint and chocolate, $15), Gingerbread Margarita (tequila, ginger-molasses sugar, triple sec and lime, $14), the Ornament-tini (vodka, lemon and caramel served in ornament, $15) and many more.

All options have their own take on seasonal flavors and combinations of the season, and some are quite unique. The “Blue Holiday” for example is electric blue and boasts tequila, coconut, pineapple, blue curacao and lime topped with a powdered sugar, rosemary “Christmas tree” for $14.

“We love to see the joy on people’s faces when they experience what we have put together in both decorations and the menu items,” added George Tsiouris in a statement. “We are very excited to offer this pop-up again to our guests. Christmas holds a special place for our family and it’s so great to bring this pop up together another year with the whole family team.”
