Crime Report: Home invaders arrived on bikes, left with Medford, NJ vic’s Cadillac

A suburban Philly neighborhood remains on edge after a weekend home invasion left a senior citizen beaten — and without his Cadillac car.

Cops have released mugshots of the two perps, who showed up at the 64-year-old victim’s home on Chief Massasoit Road in Medford, NJ on bicycles.

They tied him up and reportedly hit the victim with a pipe. He was later taken to the hospital and is expected to recover from his injuries.

Here are the Police provided these descriptions of the men being sought:

No. 1: A 50- to 60-year-old black male, 5’10” to 6′, 150 to 175 pounds. He has dark skin, dark-brown eyes, a salt-and-pepper mustache, and is possibly missing teeth. He was wearing a black hoodie, black winter jacket, black pants, light-color sneakers, winter gloves and a knit watch cap on his head.

No. 2: A 30- to 35-year-old black male, 5’8″ to 5’10”, 200 to 225 pounds. He has light skin, a black beard and dark-brown eyes, He was wearing a navy blue winter jacket, black pants, winter gloves and a watch cap on his head.

The two left their bicycles behind.


Campus Rape
For the second time in three weeks, cops are investigating an alleged rape and assault at West Chester University.

The latest incident happened this past Sunday in on-campus housing. The other, three weeks ago, Jan. 21, also a Sunday and also in a campus apartment in West Chester, Pa.

Both alleged victims know their attackers and the woman from this Sunday’s case is reportedly not cooperating with cops, to whom she did not report the matter.

Pam Sheridan, executive director of the university’s office of communications, told Philly.com that an arrest in last month’s rape is pending.
