Bolo’s “Noche Buena Dinner” offers a Puerto Rican take on Christmas dinner. Available for take out between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Christmas Eve, the Dinner will feature a half roasted suckling pig, arroz con gandules (rice with pigeon peas), pasteles, plátano maduro (sweet plantains), ensalada (salad), and flan (caramel custard dessert). In addition, Bolo will also be offering a half roasted pig option for $250 (the deadline for orders is Dec. 21.) The venue will also remain open the night of Dec. 24 as well, offering a suckling pig dinner for $45 per person.
