Donald Duck sued for goosing

DELAWARE COUNTY – This is nothing to quack about.

An Upper Darby woman who sued Disney Resorts in 2009 claiming a man inside a costume of the character Donald Duck groped her at an amusement park in Florida is allowed to go ahead with her lawsuit, a federal judge has ruled.

April Magolon, 27, claims she suffered nightmares and other health problems after the duck suited man allegedly fondled her breast and made weird gestures as if he had done something wrong in 2008.
