Eagles launch MOBILE APP

The Eagles announced Thursday that the Eagles Official Mobile App is now available for download in both the iTunes Store and Droid Marketplace. Versions are also being developed for Blackberry (within a few weeks) and the iPad.

The free app received 40,000 downloads in its first 10 days and spent Labor Day weekend at No. 1 on the “What’s New” of Sports Apps on the iTunes Store. The digital package provides fans with access to real-time news, player stats, injury reports, standings, schedules, on-demand video and podcasts.

It also includes an interactive map of the Linc, which displays closest concession stands, restrooms and other amenities.
