The Philadelphia Eagles are bringing some fine Philly cuisine into the gritty confines of Lincoln Financial Field.

The team announced plans to partner with local chefs to add some native dishes to the game-day menu.

Local restauranteurs Marc Vetri, Peter McAndrews and Jose Garces will be formally introduced on Tuesday, July 30 at Noon.

Garces, who won the grand prize in the second season of the popular reality TV show Iron Chef, owns and operates five restaurants in the city including mexican-themed Amada in Old City and Distrito in University City.

Vetri, head chef and owner of Amis, Vetri and Osteria, specializes in Italian cuisine.

Peter McAndrews, the controversial horse-meat aficionado, is head chef and owner of Modo Mio, Monsu, Paesano’s and Popolino.

The trio will be joined by veterans Tony Luke, Jr., CEO of Tony Luke’s World Wide, and Pete Ciarrocchi, chairman and CEO of Chickie’s & Pete’s Crab House and Sports Bar.

“These new additions to the stadium’s menu will be located in various spots throughout the stadium, including the main concourse, Headhouse Plaza and the club levels,” according to a news release.
