Yes, we know, you’ve done the Restaurant Week thing before. You’ve made it to those pricey places that any other time of the year would take a big bite out of your paycheck. Oh, and of course you’ve totally used this week as a way to try the trendy new farm-to-table or vegan or rustic fare exploding onto the scene. But have you taken someone else? We suggest that this Center City District Restaurant Week, celebrating its 10th year from Sept. 15-20 and 22-27, you treat someone else to some new flavors.

She wants to get out, too, you know. Grab Granny and head to Lacroix for their prix-fixe lunch menu. You guys can gab over salads, reminisce during the second course (we recommend the lamb neck ragu), and have her pinching your cheeks by the time the trio of desserts makes their way to your table.

Intern

Just because you live with a person doesn’t mean that you can’t sometimes step outside of the apartment and eat a meal together.
