It was already a foregone conclusion that incumbent Joe Biden and former president Donald Trump would be the respective representatives for the Democratic and Republican parties.
That is not confirmed as Trump secured 83.3% of the votes in the republican race, while Biden finished with 93.1% of the votes in the democratic primary.
