Everything you need to know about the new yoga pop-up in Philadelphia: Sweat + Sip

If you are still on a health kick from your New Year’s resolution or you haven’t quite started yet (no judgment), you’re in luck. The newly opened Bourse Food Hall has teamed up with SWEAT Fitness to bring you pop-up yoga for the whole month of February. Here is everything you need to know about the new yoga pop-up in Philadelphia, Sweat + Sip.

Everything you need to know about the new yoga pop-up in Philadelphia: Sweat + Sip

Starting on Feb. 2 pop-up yoga classes will be held from 9 a.m.-10 a.m. under the atrium in The Bourse’s main dining hall. All class attendees will love the relaxing and strengthening yoga poses the one-hour session brings led by a SWEAT Fitness trainer. But what’s the very best part? All yogis 21+ can enjoy a complimentary brunch cocktail after class such as a mimosa or Bloody Mary from Grubhouse, one of The Bourse’s newly opened vendors that also serves breakfast all day.

“How often do you get to do yoga in a beautifully renovated historic building built circa 1895? These classes will truly be one-of-a-kind,” said Kelly Duffy, General Manager of The Bourse Food Hall. “Plus, after starting their mornings with a nice stretch session and complimentary beverage, attendees can explore the food hall freely before the lunch rush.”

Tickets are available at noon every Monday before the class (so for the first class that would be Jan. 28). The class is BYOM (bring your own mat) and space is very limited, so it is recommended to reserve your spot as soon as possible when tickets become available. Tickets can be purchased at sweat-fitness.ticketleap.com.

The Bourse Food Hall is located at 111 S Independence Mall E, Philadelphia (across the street from Independence Mall). For more information on The Bourse Food Hall visit theboursephilly.com
