The air is getting cooler and pumpkin spice coffees are plentiful—it must be time for Fall.

Autumn adventurers can enjoy the sites and tastes of the season at the 1st Annual Fall for Ardmore Festival, which will take place on Saturday, Sept. 24, and feature shopping, food, beer, music, and fun for the whole family.

“We are thrilled to introduce Fall for Ardmore to the Ardmore community,” said Ardmore Initiative executive director Nancy Scarlato. “This event is everything we know and love about Ardmore Oktoberfest, expanded to include all the businesses downtown. Downtown Ardmore comes alive during our fall celebration each year, and now we can include even more Ardmore favorites. We can’t wait to see everyone there to raise a glass, enjoy music and family fun, and celebrate our small businesses.”

Fall for Ardmore will include a full spread of food and drink from Downtown Ardmore restaurants, bars, cafes and eateries. Ardmore retail and service businesses will feature special promotions, events, and activities throughout the area, including face-painting, sidewalk sales, music and more.

Live music and entertainment will include Whiskey Logic, a local cover band playing hits from the 60’s to 90’s.

Fall for Ardmore is organized by the Ardmore Initiative with local Ardmore restaurants and businesses. The festival will take place on Schauffele Plaza (parking lot adjacent to Tired Hands Fermentaria) on Saturday, Sept. 24, from 2 to 6 p.m.

Festivities during Fall for Ardmore are free, open to the public and held rain or shine. For information and to purchase advance VIP tickets, visit www.DestinationArdmore.com.
