Hurricane Irene will open tomorrow at 1 p.m.
The Recovery Center will be located on the third floor of the Packard Building, 111 S. 15th Street. After tomorrow, the center will be open
daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Federal and state agencies will be available for assistance.
