SEPTA authorities are looking for the person who set off fireworks in a Market-Frankford Line station Tuesday.
The firecrackers exploded in a cashier’s booth at the 56th Street Station, and the suspect fled after lighting the explosives, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported. Nestel III tweeted a photo of the incident Tuesday, and SEPTA spokeswoman Kristin Geiger confirmed the event to PhillyVoice.

“Someone did throw fireworks behind a cashier’s booth,” Geiger said. “We’re still looking into the matter. It remains under investigation.”
