Fourth Person Arrested in Tacony Human Trafficking Ring

The District Attorney’s Office has announced charges filed against a fourth person in the human-trafficking ring that kept four mentally-challenged adults chained to a subbasement boiler on the 4700 block of Longshore Avenue in Tacony.

Jean McIntosh, 32, is charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment, aggravated assault and related charges for acting as an alleged co-conspirator in the imprisonment of the four people found Saturday.

McIntosh is the adult daughter of Linda Ann Weston, 51, who is the alleged ringleader of operation.

McIntosh is expected to be arraigned today.
