Chickie’s & Pete’s in South Philadelphia (1526 Packer Ave. location) is hosting a Fan Appreciation Event on Monday (Sept. 26) to thank fans for helping the bar win ESPN’s online poll for No. 1 sports bar in North America.
The event kicks off at 5 p.m., but free crab fries will be offered for one hour starting at 6:30 p.m. and there will be drink specials all day, including $1 draft and bottled beers. There will also be opportunities to win prizes, as well as appearances by local athletes, cheerleaders, mascots and pep bands.
