The Frozen Piña Colada ($11/9oz, $13/12oz) is made with Bluebird Distilling Sugarcane Rum, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut, while the Frozen Gin & Toni ($11/9oz, $13/12oz) boasts Bluebird Distilling Juniperus Gin, fresh lime juice, and tonic water. Visitors can enhance both drinks by asking their bartender to add strawberry purée to the concoctions as well.
