The man accused of killing his wife last week inside the Germantown spa they operated together is in custody, authorities said.

At around 12:05 a.m. Wednesday, Kyle Irvin, 55, turned himself in at the 14th District police station, located in the area of Haines Street and Germantown Avenue, according to the PPD.

He is expected to be charged with murder and other crimes for the fatal shooting of 48-year-old Rashida Irvin, who was found on the evening of Aug. 11 inside Mister Relaxation Men’s Spa and Lounge.

The Irvins jointly ran the business, which offered manicures, pedicures, massages, facials and more for men at 6325 Germantown Ave.

Kyle Irvin surrendered about 32 hours after authorities identified him as the suspect in the homicide and distributed his photograph. His attorney could not be identified through court records Wednesday.
