Gun versus snow blow, cops say

A 26-year-old Bensalem man was arrested yesterday morning for allegedly pointing a loaded gun at the snow-blow operator who he thought blocked his vehicle in. Eddie Simmons was charged with terroristic threats after allegedly stating “that somebody better move the snow or somebody is going to get shot.”

“He then pulled a black handgun out of his pocket and stuck it into the victim’s right cheek,” police said. The victim told investigators that he didn’t blow Simmons’ vehicle in. Simmons was being held on $500,000, or 10 percent, bail. The 9mm semiautomatic weapon was recovered.
