A mother and child who were struck by a car on Tuesday have been released from the hospital, police said.
The older child, however, is still in critical condition.
Police are still scouring the city for the perpetrator who plowed down the three Tuesday as they were crossing the street just before 1 p.m. at Broad and Dickinson streets in South Philly.
