Police have arrested a homeless, disabled veteran after a seemingly random stabbing in Rittenhouse Square left a 24-year-old man dead, ABC reported. There was a brief argument, and the man stabbed one of them in the chest and fled, CBS reported. The victim was then taken to Hahnemann University Hospital where he died.
