UPDATE: The Delaware River Port Authority is prohibiting truck traffic on all DRPA bridges (Commodore Barry, Walt Whitman, Ben Franklin and Betsy Ross bridges) as of 2 p.m. The ban also applies to motorcycles, campers, buses and all vehicles prone to instability at high winds. Passenger cars will allowed to continue crossing the bridges until further notice.
Due the storm gust winds associated with Hurricane Sandy, PennDOT has enacted temporary speed limit reductions on highways across the commonwealth. Motorists on the following roads may not exceed 45 miles per hour:
