An 18-year-old North Penn High school graduate was charged Wednesday for sharing nude pictures of girls on file-sharing website Dropbox — many of whom were minors.
Brandon T. Berlin’s public Dropbox folder containing the nude photographs was entitled “I prolly had ur pics”—which was also Berlin’s senior quote in his yearbook, according to Montgomery County D.A. Risa Vetri Ferman.

The files included pictures of about 30 girls, all current or former students at North Penn High School in TowamencinTownship,and were shared by Berlin, of Montgomery Township, with numerous individuals.
Berlin’s conduct occurred while he was a juvenile so he is charged with with transmission of sexually explicit images by a minor, but he will face the charges in adult court.
Ambler Borough were first alerted by a female student on March 7 to the online cache of underage porn.
The investigation eventually expanded to include police departments from Towamencin Township, Upper Gwynedd Township, North Wales Borough, Hatfield Township, Lansdale Borough, Montgomery Township and the Montgomery County Detectives Bureau, the D.A.’s office said.
