With more than 30 years serving the community, InnovAge PACE, the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (known as LIFE in Pennsylvania), is the gold standard of health care for seniors and their families across the country. An entire care team of doctors, nurses, social workers, dietitians, physical and occupational therapists, recreation specialists, drivers, home care specialists, and many more, care only for InnovAge enrolled seniors.

“I have a physical and occupational therapist. I have a financial advisor if I need it. I have a social worker that manages all my needs. I have two nurses and a doctor. That’s my team. There’s no financial cost to me for being involved with InnovAge. None,” says Carolyn, a senior enrolled at InnovAge’s Henry Avenue center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. “All my medicines are taken care of and delivered. They drive me to and from the center and all my medical appointments. To me, it’s a godsend.”
“I don’t have a cent to spare. InnovAge takes a huge load of my mind,” says Eugenia, a participant at the Richmond, Virginia center. “They take care of every need I have.”
“I hooked up with InnovAge and it’s helped me immensely,” says Robert, a participant at InnovAge’s San Bernardino Center in California. “I’ve gone from a wheelchair to a walker. I’ve progressed to the point where everybody can’t believe it. If it weren’t for the people here, I wouldn’t be walking at all.”
“Before InnovAge, I was sitting home alone,” says Anita, who goes to the Albuquerque, New Mexico center. “I’m involved with other people, at least, 90 percent of the time. You’re not alone. People need people, not just family, also friends, and I have made really good friends. I love this place. It’s wonderful.”
InnovAge’s mission is to empower seniors to age independently, in their own homes and communities, for as long as possible. Highly trained drivers transport seniors to and from centers and all medical appointments. Seniors enjoy free meals at the center, as well as other needed nutritional supplements. All medically necessary dental services, vision, hearing, speech, and foot care are included, as are in-home services, physical therapy, counseling, care coordination, and much more.
“Everybody here is excellent. That’s why I go to InnovAge. They care about participants and that’s what I like. It’s a one stop shop,” says Theresa, also at the Henry Avenue Center. “You have dental, vision, foot care, a clinic with doctors and nurses, and you also have a place where you can eat breakfast, and lunch, and a snack. They don’t just only tell you that they care, but they show you that they care.”
“I don’t have the family or emotional support that I would like to have,” says Jane, at InnovAge Pennsylvania LIFE’s St. Bart’s center. “I go to InnovAge now, and it’s like a family to all of us, really. I’ve always been very independent, but now I feel like I’ve got the security here. They care about you.”
“It’s wonderful. I never thought there was a place like this,” says Phil, a caregiver. Phil helps his uncle Jerry, who is enrolled at InnovAge’s Thornton center in Colorado. “The peace of mind has impacted me immensely because I don’t have that worry. InnovAge has done more for me than I can even describe. They’ve become a part of me, that’s all I can say.”
