As in years past, Record Store Day will coincide with the holiest of shopping days. You won’t find door-buster sales beginning at ungodly hours, but you will find musicians and fans geeking out over exclusive releases, re-issues and box sets. If you’ve got a music nerd on your list, impress them with a rock rarity from participating shops like AKA Music in Old City (27 N. Second St.), The Marvelous! in West Philly (208 S. 40th St.) or Main Street Music in Manayunk (4444 Main St.).
