LaSalle student found dead on campus

Police said Oscar Pauzhi, 54, was killed only a half-mile away from his Richmond Hill after he was struck by a car driving along Atlantic Avenue.

A 21-year-old LaSalle University student was found dead inside his apartment on Friday morning, reports say.

The unidentified junior was found unresponsive inside his apartment on the 5300 block of Chew Avenue just before noon, according to NBC10.

He was pronounced dead on scene.

Police told the news outlet that the student may have died from a drug overdose, but an autopsy is scheduled to determine the official cause of death.
