LGBTQ+ Power Players – Zachary Wilcha, Executive Director, Independence Business Alliance

Joining us today is Zachary Wilcha (he/him), the first-ever executive director of the Independence Business Alliance, the LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia. The IBA is an official affiliate of the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, and its mission is to provide resources, opportunities, and access to LGBTQ+ professionals in the Philadelphia region. Ultimately, the IBA promotes growth, economic development, leadership, and diversity in the region. It is thanks to Zach’s leadership that the IBA has increased its innovating, award-winning programming.
