Lobbyist Andrew J. Marsico, a Center City resident, was arrested and charged Saturday for sexually assaulting a woman in Philadelphia in August, police said.
Marsico, 40, of South Penn Square, allegedly sexually assaulted an unknown 27-year-old woman on Aug. 21.
According to police, Marsico, an alumnus of Villanova University, assaulted the woman inside a residence on the 200 block of South Broad Street.
Marsico, who is married to 6ABC reporter Annie McCormick, is listed as a member of the Greenlee Parners firm. He’s been with the firm for 15 years.
Police said he was charged with indecent assault, aggravated assault, unlawful restraint, simple assault and related offenses.
