A 23-year-old man is in critical condition after allegedly being run over by a bus in a hit-and-run that took place in Center City Sunday night, police said.
Authorities reported that just before 9:45 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 2, a pedestrian who was sleeping on the curb was struck by a bus at 13th and Sansom streets. The bus fled the scene, according to police.
The man was transported to Jefferson University Hospital, where he was placed in critical condition, police said.
The investigation is active and ongoing with the Crash Investigation Division.
