Manchester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho is on the brink of a move to Leicester City that is worth around $33 million. But some legal trouble in the United States could hold things up.
According to the Sun, the 20-year-old is facing allegations that he misled a Pennsylvania court during his clash with US-based agency First Eleven Management, which represents the likes of Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale.
Currently being represented by Just Football, Iheanacho pulled out of a contract with First Eleven and Henry Galeano two years ago. However, Iheanacho told the court that he did not know or worked with Galeano.

The Sun obtained photographs and documents that show the striker with Galeano, which lands Iheanacho in trouble.
If brought up on these charges, Iheanacho could face up to two years in prison for attempting to purposefully mislead the court.
This obviously throws a wrench into his move to Leicester City, the club that shocked the world by winning the English Premier League in 2016. Leicester management will want to ensure that Iheanacho’s issues won’t keep him from the pitch or else the move could fall through.
He is set to take his medical with the club today, per John Percy of the Daily Telegraph.
