Man found fatally shot in N. Philadelphia

A man was shot, killed and left to die early Saturday morning in a vacant lot in North Philadelphia, police said.

Officers found the man with a gunshot wound to his chest just before 1 a.m. in the 1500 block of North 19th Street, 6ABC reports.

The man was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The man’s name has not been released. Police are still looking for a suspect.
