Police found a man shot to death in a car on a West Philadelphia street early Tuesday morning, reports said.
Neighbors called police around 2 a.m. Tuesday morning to report a man “was sleeping or slumped over” in a white Dodge Charger with its engine running for hours, NBC10 reported. Upon further investigation police found several bullets in the car. Investigators believe the car belongs to the victim’s friend. RELATED:Officers caught on tape beating suspect acquitted of all charges According to 6ABC, medics arrived and said the unidentified man in his 20s was the victim of a shooting. He was declared dead at the scene. “It appears that this victim was sitting in the driver’s seat when he was shot and killed,” Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small told NBC10.
